I think every Raptor ever sold is an Economy Booster. If I get a badge I might slap it on my truck. Actually wait, I Debadged my truck. Maybe not then. Still a Economy Booster if you ask me.

:snoopfacepalm: bet she regrets it
The truck has been sold to one of our very good customers. It was a fun truck to build and drive.

This is Serena's (the original owner of the first EcoRaptor) new ride...

Baby motor..engine life 100k miles 17k to replace..no thank s. The the throttle response absolutely is a joke on the EB motors..I've test drove several. Even the 5.0 has crappy response.

The wife has an EB Titanium Flex. I can tell you in Sport mode the throttle response is immediate, it holds gears longer and downshifts nicely into corners. Ford got all the logic correct on the Taurus/Flex. A tune gets you close or even into the 12s.

Where are you getting your "engine life of 100k miles" info?

That's bogus.

Just remember- Ford doesn't gain market share continuing to flood the market with the exact same truck year after year. A Raptor EB brings a new demographic to Raptor.

To Us, it isn't the raptor we know and love, but Ford already sold us the truck WE wanted.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the EB and the 5.0L in the New Raptor. The 5.0L # in the Mustang are all almost the same as the 6.2L.
5.0L Power: 420 hp @ 6,500 rpm, Torque: 390 Lb-ft @ 4,250 rpm
6.2L Power: 411 hp @ 5,500 rpm, Torque: 434 lb-ft @ 4,500 rpm

That way it keeps everybody happy.
