One thing we do at DSC Sport is listen to our customers. We always try our best to see what people have to say about our calibrations and what they may like or dislike. One thing we heard is, maybe normal mode could be more on the comfortable side. So we did just that, on our website users can now find our standard base map, as well as, a new calibration file with an updated normal mode aimed to be more comfortable for the daily driver. The changes made can be seen in our Shock Calibration Table below comparing curves. If you already have a controller in your truck, feel free to download the altered calibration if this is something that may interest you.

So if I bought your product, where would you start if you were me with Deaver HD rear springs (extra 450lbs load capacity)? All I would be doing is trying to mimic your curve or tuning for that spring rate. Mind you I am by far not the only one here with HD springs.

Any chance you can make your controller be able to change suspension modes outside of drive modes?

Our goal was to create a seamless integration into the factory Ford electronics, so we do not allow for the modes to be switched other than with the standard controls

What I would recommend is to start off with the base file and zero the ride height with our controller. If you do want more out of it, there are a few changes we can try. We would just ask you to explain how the truck feels and we could help you set up a tuning file remotely or guide you through what changes to try. It honestly could be as simple as using the New Comfort Calibration for the front shocks and our Standard Calibration for the rears.

Thank you. I run OE front due to the fact mine is level as it is. However, with the extra spring rate in the back, it tends to undulate front to rear over rhythmic joints in the express way. Off road it is there, but not as noticeable. It did not do this prior to the rear springs.

With our controller it is very easy to manage the spring frequency to alleviate that

Got controller installed in 40 mph winds in Arizona today. Easy peasy install . 5 min. But that top bolt not going back in that is a real trick to install. Sport mode going to be fun on some twisty roads really tightens things up. Normal mode is tad stiffer but not crazy. I will try the download for normal mode soon just to see . Really want to try baja and the g out ok button . Maybe on Sunday. Its a winner in my book. Am I the first to install in a SCAB ? Thanks again cool product.
