Driver Screen Going Blank while driving

That happened to me too in February or March of 2017. Same result, she never did it again.

Dropped truck off at dealer this morning.
Dealer said there is now a TSB addressing this issue. Weird that seems I am the only one so far who has posted about it.

Dealer now says they are stumped with no fix but it is a known issue from ford now....

Mine has been flawless. Can you pinpoint when it does it? (Like when you get a call, change songs, hit a bump etc).

Mines been perfect for a year and a half, hope it stays that way. My only issue has been having to do a hard reset every few months with the Sync because it will start acting goofy.

Update
Well it happened again. This time the screen wont come back to life. Drove for 25 minutes trying to get it to come back. Nothing
No AC/Heat
No 4x4
No parking sensors
No heated seats steering wheel or cooled seats.
When you turn the car off now since instrument cluster is "off" the headlights and taillights do not turn off.
