I'll agree with ya on that. Im on my 3rd butterfly valve from badlhanze. At least I still have 4years left on my warranty. lol

So no word on the cutout from xxXxxxx it has been a week, I will call on Monday. I did install the Magnaflow Y- pipe today though. Holly crap this thing is loud when completely dumped. I thought my wife would freak when she heard it but instead her eyes lit up and she said WOW that sounds nice! I told her ya, but I can't drive around like that. She replied no problem I'll take the Raptor to work on Monday. haha, go figure.

Main reason is noise.. But on my Trans Am Firehawk I picked up 3HP and 5ft/lb at the wheels with it open vs close

Looks like it may be a few weeks. On another forum, I read that it takes 1-4 weeks to ship from retailer. They actualy told me the problem was that Doug's were waiting on motors. Who knows.

On a side note, the truck sounds better with out the resignator.

do you guys run tuners when the cut out open?

is it ok to open/close the cut out while driving? does is screw with the computer tuning?

its pretty much the same as straight piping it right? thats what im thinking about doing.

It's basically the same. You open up a 3" hole just before the muffler. The difference is, that with the electric cut-out you can close that hole. Say for instance if you wanted to pass your state vehicle inspection.
