the engine/transmission to lag? I’m in a 2018 leadfoot. Just bought it. I noticed in normal drive mode approaching E, the truck is behaving differently in terms of acceleration. It’s so delayed and seems sluggish.

Not in my experience, I can floor it until it runs out of gas. I think it will adjust to your driving style just drive it hard for a few hundred miles.

In normal mode, stock, the truck is lazier than a government bureaucrat about to take a smoke break.

I’ve only run the truck under a quarter tank once, and the psychological scars from that fill up linger to this day. tap up the modes to sport mode and cane the truck for a few miles to remind her why she’s there. then back to normal but continue the aggressive throttle pattern.

Shouldn't be a difference unless there was so much condensation collected on the inside walls of your tank that the remaining fuel got watered down.

Wow really? What caused her to be a lazy B?

Depends on how low the level is the tank seams to be well baffled. At a 1/4 tank I have no issues. May want to verify the transmission has the updated programming

I hear this issue is unique to the leadfoot color option.
