looks like you did a really good job for your first attempt,
I have been wrapping cars for a little while now, and have learned alot of tricks along the way. you are correct about the front upper valance, some primer 94 would have helped, but the problem is why that does get removed, the primer will leave a residue, but post heating it would have helped, that is a very tough piece to do clean.
and yes the bed has to be removed to get behind the cab, but it can also be trimmed on the cab line just on the back side if the cab since the original color is so close.
you are also very correct in your estimate if you were to pay someone, I think $2500-$3000 is about right,
so you know it generally takes me about 30ish hours to do a vehicle by myself, so I think you did pretty good.
