Menerso, the question is "would you do it again?". :)

Definitely... With some prerequisites 1) a weekend without the wife and kid; 2) a big open well lit room with air conditioning and 3) someone that would help me and have at least some wrap experience.

Buuuut... The man hours I will have put into this wrap MYSELF is worth a lot. I may pay someone to do this knowing what goes into it, but it would still have to be reasonable pricing too.

I figure if someone would charge $2500 to $3000 it would be worth it to me. That breaks down to 2 guys (making$65/hr) working on it for two 8 hour days plus materials. I may goto $3500 if I knew they do a top notch job.

Remember, the biggest reason I am doing this is that I could not find a 3M approved wrapper in my area.

I don't want to spend 3500 on mine especially if I am off roading and mess it up, plus I can fix it myself.

Definitely going to do this myself. Hopefully the guy sells the wrap to me.

Let me know before you do it, I will try to write up the areas that you need to pay extra attention to.

You can do it! In fact, I can tell how much better I am at doing from the first piece I laid.

Scabs won't have the problem getting between the bed and cab at least it shouldn't be as difficult.

I just picked mine up from the shop it looks great. I was not brave enough or have the patience to do it my self. FYI they had to remove the bed to get around the corner but then my truck is red so that part had to be done.

How do you get around the windows in the back?

I am not doing underneath the window since you don't see it at all with the bed cover.

As for fitting the vinyl up around the window, the rubber lifts up so you just cut the vinyle 1/8 to 1/4 inch longer and the lift and squeegee underneath.
