In few post there was discussion about right positioning of IFP but is there measurements from top of shock body or just mentioned 20% from lock ring??

I would be also interested the amount of oil in front shock?

To answer question 1.
A. Push the internal IFP down a little. does not need to be a WHOLE lot. 1/4 inch at most.
B. When you add the oil, add a smidgen more. I will get you exact amounts this weekend 12/16. Sorry been slow to do that.
C. The slight over fill will give more fluid so the IFP does not go all the way to the snap ring. End result about a 1-2mm. This extra fluid is slightly bleed out when you charge the chamber.

Levels below are listed when we measured a shock that we believe had not "blown" a seal like most have. These are aproximate.

Front shocks - 16 ounces - 423

Rear shocks - 25.3 - 750 ML

One thing to note is on all the shocks I and the gang have done, none of them appear to have a "pre set" on the bypasses. Not sure if that is because we take them apart so that will disappear or what.

When you add fluid in, add more than the above by a little. This way you have some to bleed and to set a "pre set" gap on bypass.

What we have been setting them down about I would say 4ish MM. Just eyeball it as best you can. I have done enough now I can do it by feel. So 4-6 mm range be fine.

When you add the extra fluid, I would guess it to be in the .5ml ish range. It is not a lot more.

I have 8 shocks currently in so I hope to get to the these weeks and make a video to go along with this thread.

How much nitrogen is needed? would one of those small powertanks work? Or is a large nitrogen tank needed?
