How do I use the point on fordpass? I go into the app hit redeem points hit accessories then bed accessories and nothing happens i can't even look at parts

It will open a separate browser window.

It's pretty clear that Ford spends it resources on vehicle design and not apps. I've searched a couple of times for accessories I might want to apply my points towards, but so far no luck on how to do it. And, when it directs you to the accessories website, it doesn't even transfer your vehicle information or your location. Shameful.
