So we order a truck and spend thousands of dollars more than we want because you need beadlock wheels to get carbon fiber trim, or a moon roof to get the tailgate step, and then they're gonna decide for me if I'm going to get heated mirrors and/or a heated steering wheel? Add insult to injury and refund you $149? ******* OFF FORD! Deal breaker. What's next? Here's a base XLT with a raptor badge and 3 lights in the grill for $85k? What an insult to their customers. Especially the brand loyal ones that they like to brag about. Hope the people that are making these stupid decisions read the comments on the forum and pull their head outta their ***.

Nah, just bullshitting. I gave up on the R a long time ago. I would love to have one, but can't justify the cost for what you get. I'd probably buy one at MSRP, but that's not going to be an option. Probably at least $50k+ over what my 37pp cost, and I just don't see me getting $50k more fun out of it. I can buy 20 acres of timber land for what the Raptor R will end up costing. That's just too much money for a truck. Any truck. Heated steering wheel or not.

I've held out on buying a gen3 for similar reasons but I keep reminding myself that it doesn't matter how much it costs, it just matters how much it's worth when I'm done with it. Raptors have a huge advantage there.

Placed it in July. I don’t have a build date but the delete code was applied to my order

Did you get your VIN#. If so when? I ordered mine in July as well.
