You're gaining ground clearance and bump travel while losing droop travel. Bottom out less and hit the skid plate less off road.

Ok - So it's actually a lift...
It's raising the ride height by adding preload to the spring. It will slightly change the characteristics of the suspension offroad, for the better IMO.
But what's it "leveling?"
it makes the front level with the back. An equal amount of space between the tire and the fender on all four tires.
