is it wise to wake a Raptor from deep sleep? ;-)

My 2017 802A SCREW was in deep sleep mode when I went to remote start her this afternoon. Ford Pass said "Deep Sleep Mode, remote functions not available, start truck manually". Ah yes start truck manually...
...No power. Called Geico for a jump.
Battery DEAD. NO REASON ONLY 3 YEARS OLD AGM FORD BATTERY. Geico Road Service said 2 to 3 years is normal battery life for new cars in Las Vegas. Who knew?
Oh it was in Coma Mode alright! Thought maybe it caught Corona Virus. Truck was shut down only since Monday so only 3 nights. Been taking a lot of short trips lately but the last drive to Costco was 10 mins on freeway both ways.... I read that Deep Sleep Mode is activated if battery drops below 10.8 volts. Several owners say they had it activate after only 3 days or in cold temps like 0 degrees. Others have said it activates randomly or will not clear ever. Maybe Phantom Power Drain / Voltage Drop? How long since the last start up? I understood “deep sleep” was meant to preserve the battery. Kind of ironic.
So I checked Ford Pass App after restart. The Lock / Unlock / Start functions were back on. It said I was in Antarctica. Shoots that would be a trip! See Ford Pass Screen shots below.
BTW, you guys that deactivated your start/stop using Forescan did it by turning off the battery monitor feature. Just so you know.
