I haven't measured but I would say they are...don't think Ford wanted to change anything like that for prodution purposes. I took my truck in a couple months ago and Jeff had a design drawn up specifically for the Raptor. Deaver doesn't list any pack for the 2010 F150 on their website, the most recent model they offer for $700 is an '05. I'm not sure the 05 and '10 MY truck have the same dimensions? If they don't I'm sure the price is going to be around the $1200 for a low run item like that anyways.

I just got my Deavers on today. I went with the -1" setup; I could feel the difference before I was even a block away. The truck sits better, and has much better control when it's go a load on the rear tires, especially when turning.

I haven't taken it off road yet, but I've hammered my favorite bumps and driveways and it's great. The hop and chatter that I used to get occasionally is gone.

On a side note, when I was at the shop, they told me Deavers were almost going to be an option through Ford. I got the impression from the rest of the conversation that the financials didn't line up, but that's cool to hear that even Ford engineers recognized how awesome the Deaver spring is.

If you're thinking about this at all, I would HIGHLY recommend it.
