Picked up a 2012 Raptor with 105k miles in November. It is mostly stock besides Method's, 37's (at the time), mid perch that where rebuilt at 50k. Didn't notice the noise when I bought it but it quickly developed the clunk after purchase. Since then I've replaced the 37's with 35's along with the following:
Rebuilt shocks with new bushings
UCA with bushings and ball joint
Steering rack and pump
Tie rod ends
Sway bar end links

Nothing made the clunk any better and actually maybe made the clunk worse. Sounds like shit going over any small bumps, cracks, potholes, manhole covers etc. This is not an IWE noise either as nothing changes in 4h. Sounds like something in the front end is loose and it's driving me crazy. Does anyone have an suggestions on what else it could be? If i replace the LCA and ball joint the front will be all new components. Is this just how these trucks feel/sound? I know its a 2012 with 109k miles but I really feel like something isn't right.

Any help and suggestions are appreciated!

No, I can blast over humps and bumps and my '14 is totally quiet. I'm sorry, those kind of problems are so frustrating! It's a clunk rattle?? When does it rattle and when does it clunk? You may have done this already, but try taking off one sway bar end link and go over bumps?

It’s more of a clunk than a rattle, it honestly sounds like something is loose. I’ve torqued everything to spec. It’s the worst at low speeds going over cracks and small bumps. I did drive it with the sway bar links off when I replaced those and still had the same noise…
I really like everything else about the truck but this damn noise. I had a gen 2 that never made this noise. Don’t want to have to sell it and buy a gen 3 but I won’t keep it if I can’t remedy this situation…

So I will say that my wife has a 2014 screw that does have some clunking in the front end, after I lowered tire pressures to 36 in the front and 34 in the back, the clunk pretty much went away. Not sure if that may be an issue you have, but I have noticed the several Raptors I’ve had Gen 1 have had a version of what you’re describing.
