Took my truck to a dealer for an oil change, power inverter fan noise, clicking muffler and the recall. One of their workers was pulling another truck out that was parked next to mine and swiped my truck's rear bumper causing damage. I have not seen it yet, but definitely P I S S E D off.
What would you tell them?

Im a pretty understanding guy so Id just make sure they knew I wanted it fixed ASAP and thats it. Approximately 15 years in collision repair has given me a soft spot for this type of situation lol. It sucks, but happens. As long as they fix it, you're good! Just make sure that if they repair it, that the repair has a warranty!

Thats what I would do at least! Post some pics when you see it?

Sorry to hear, tho. That sucks, man!

I didn't really think there is a whole lot I can do, still grinds my gears a bit.
They told me the rear taillight got scratched and their body shop guy thinks he can buff that out. I deal with ABS and poly carbonate for a living and know neither of those are very friendly to repairing scratches. Maybe I should tell them to at least replace the taillight instead of buffing it.

It really depends on the scratch! I have seen it where one vehicle just leaves a thin residue that can be easily polished off with no issues. If its scratched into the plastic, though, I would either ask for some sort of written warranty stating that if you have problems that they will replace it, or just replace it all together.

I agree there isnt much you can do. Its definitely not an ideal situation. Months of waiting then this. Terrible.

Either way, whatever they do, if you can still see the scratch it needs to be replaced! Thats just my two cents!

Free repair, free loaner car (no Fiesta), and get some free oil changes and such. Maybe get some tint done if you trust them to do a good job.

If you're thinking about getting a 2nd vehicle anytime soon, I might try and see if they will give you a break there. Doubtful on that last part though, as service and sales are separate departments.

I know I’d tell them to get ducked and fire the careless employee that was careless enough to not see and hit an $80k truck. I know they’ll do nothing for you but fix and and give a half ass “we’re sorry here’s a free oil change” however.
You really want someone to lose their job over this? It sucks, I would be pissed but its just a truck. Get over yourself.
