Purchased a new 24 Raptor R (shelter green) last week. Drove it without problem for a week, keeping it low rpm to break in, nothing unusual. Have had a Raptor since 2014,2017,2022 and now this one. So familiar with the truck. Drove it yesterday, parked and locked for the night. Went out last night to move it into the garage and clicked the remote to open the doors and heard a slight buzz then the rear taillights and front parking lights start flashing. Remote does nothing and doors stay locked. Tried the other new remote, nothing. Remove the physical key from the fob to manually open the door and no interior lights, push starter and not a peep. No engine turn, completely dead. Tried to use the key to open and close the lock a few times, nothing. Tail Lights stop flashing and now just stay on with front parking lights. Cannot turn off the lights. Remote does nothing. Had to leave it until the lights eventually just faded out. I know I didn’t leave any lights on or doors open to run down the battery. Didn’t get any starter noise when trying to start. It just completly went dead except for those front parking and tail lights. Going to have the dealer come and tow it back to the dealership when I get back in town.

Anyone have this problem? Hoping for a reset or easy fix before having to tow this thing.

Check all of your fuses are seated and of course battery terminal (reset). Something is loose somewhere sounds like. Dealer should be able to identify pretty quick if no answers.

So I got back in town last night and called Ford to see if they could replace the battery with the Roadside assistance. Nope. Truck needs to go in so they can check it out. Ok. But it's dead so I hope the road side tow will be able to get it into neutral and out of my driveway as I won't be there. My wife will be able to get them the keys. That was 5 hours ago and received another update saying that they will be another 45 minutes. I received no less than 14 updates all day of when the driver would arrive. Be there in 120 - 150 minutes, be there in 20, be there in 45, now be there in 7 minutes.... nope 20, ok how about 43. Last update is 45 minutes from now. Completely dark outside. Just got texted again as I'm writing this and it's now 50 minutes. What a crap show. Got some broken English guy from Ford called and asked me how the service was. Poor bastard didn't know what he was about to get into. And we wait. What do you want for 125K.

Make sure they do it correctly with the neutral release. Others have had tow drivers drag their trucks up while in park, which obviously isn't great. Here's a video showing how to do this, maybe share it with whoever is meeting the tow driver.

Got the truck back. Battery was at zero. Replaced the battery but couldn’t find any drain from any of the systems. Best we could tell, nothing was left on. I guess we’ll see soon if there’s something they couldn’t find.
