Would do the brake lines, not sure custom colors are worth the up front cost. So far you are the only one that has asked for that. We can talk to them and see what the deal is, but that's definitely getting into the case by case basis.
Interested in the calipers/lines. Would probably require close to OE size rotor to fit under OE wheels (which the vast majority want). Matter of fact, depending on the caliper, an OE rotor would keep costs WAY down (I'd probably use PowerStop). The benefit would be greater swept area (larger pad), and depending on piston sizing greater clamping force. Other benefits could be ease of pads change (top loading caliper), and easier pad inspection. The latter I found today while doing a 5 wheel rotation. The front OE calipers do not allow you to inspect BOTH pads at the same location for wear.
There were such caliper only upgrades popular in the 90's as it was cost effective for for increased performance.

I would be totally fine with just a caliper upgrade. It's a truck, a cast iron rotor is fine IMO.
...and rotors are consumables.

Extremely interested in a 17” setup (need to fit my offroad wheels). Would like to see 2-piece rotors … at least as an option on the front, but not a show stopper.

I agree, however, the spacing is the issue. Likely will have to be a 2 piece to make them feasible without custom tooling and casting but looking into options for using other versions of cast rotors in parallel. It would be oem rotors and wheel spacers or 2 piece with no spacers.
