We're looking into some tubular steel structure or some flat plate steel to protect them but want to get them on the truck and take some pics and measurements.

Have been looking to do something similar. Impressed with your design.

BIG QUESTION: Can you jack the truck from the slider??? With the body mounting points I am doubtful????

This is an RPG original work...All i did was ask Corey if he could use his sliders with stock boards and ****...two weeks later they were here.

There all linexed and in the garage waiting to go on which will start tomorrow with the air tank relocate (removed form the bed wall thanks to a couple of whoops at rise)

Ill take pics along the way.

One thing I noticed is that the cab has a spot for a third bracket to the rocker panel. Utilizing this extra mounting point would seem like a good idea.

Can you expand on this for me Joe?

I don't think anyone makes a "true" rock slider for the raptor. What the off-road community typically thinks of a rock slider as being able to carry the weight of the vehicle (or at least half weight) on the slider. And also to be able to use it as a jacking point of needed.

What I was referring to was this extra mounting point would be something to utilize if someone wanted to jack the tuck up with the slider. It spreads the weight out over the points instead of two.

Rockslide Engineering claims to have a true rock slider for the raptor, but I've yet to see photos of it in action other than their photos on the z.

Looks like I am back to designing my own. Fortunately, OEX gave me the name of their fabricator who makes a bolt on one for their expedition trucks.

Hefty Fab works are "true rock sliders" that can be used as a jacking point and can carry the weight of the vehicle. I have used my high lift jack on it with no issues. Of course they are welded to the frame.
