Console Vault Thoughts?

I'm looking more into a https://vaulteksafe.com/ than the console safe. I was looking to mount one of these where the tire jack goes behind the rear seat. I'll post pictures when I get it together.

Yes and this is the first half console vault for the Gen 3 I’ve seen. All the others take up the entire console and I didn’t want that.

Install was easy. The only downside is I think it needs a better padding.

They did... B&V Products picked up their console and caliper cover line.

Yes to screw it down to the inside of the center console. It’s best way but since you have to take the bottom off the center console lid to install it works. There is enough room to stick a pistol and other stuff in it.

That's the one I installed and I love it. Only takes up half of the room. Install is super easy. Take the inside cover off to make room to put the vault in the center console, and then use the self-tapping screws to put it in. Go nice and slow with the screws and don't over torque.
