Computer trouble?

I’m troubleshooting my 2011 6.2L RAPTOR, REALLY ROUGH ROAD LIFE IN Belize.
Replaced all computers in the ten years of use here due to the severe beating.

Started getting misfiring in random cylinders like bad fuel almost but have since replaced wires, injectors and coils. After that it was running like new again other than needing exhaust system work.

Then the very next trip to town it’s back at the misfiring now and then.
My question is could this be a computer issue again?

Sorry for your issues with your GEN 1, it's really hard to say it's this or that with just the information posted. Maybe someone can chime in with some troubleshooting pointers.

Check engine light? Checked for any codes ? Oem coils or aftermarket?
