I’m going to guess at everything needs replacing at that mileage if you haven’t already . After seeing the condition of the coils on mine they either need rebuilt or replaced well before 100k that the plugs need. I went with NGK plugs and motorcraft wires & coils . It’s so quiet & smooth I can hear everything. Rock auto best price I just did mine last month
