Well at first they couldn’t duplicate. Then I gave them my video and the SSM number and they ordered parts. Go figure.so new dealer diagnosed with chases ears?
Could you share the bulletin?Dropped mine off at the dealership today and printed out the service bulletin for them. They're replacing both of my front shocks!

Can you show where you made connection points to get the noise amplified (front and rear if you did both)? I'm at the point where I'm just going to buy my own set of chassis ears and do a similar video. I love this truck too much otherwise to end up selling it because of an annoyance like this, but shit needs to get fixed.Here is my latest video. Much louder clunking on the left front than the right front. Sorry for the squeaking noise, must have been some electrical interference.
