They replaced both my fronts, front feels a lot better. Now the back that’s another story . I’m going to drive it a bit before I go right back at them again.

does your work order show the part numbers they replaced the shocks with? We’ll my local ford here in Colorado just replaced all 4 shocks and let me just say it drives like a dream now and no more clunk. Go get your shocks replaced under warranty asap!

Mine is bone stock. Dealers are all different reference the bulletin and tell them it did it before you bolted the add onsAll of you guys that are having the clunk work done, are your trucks bone stock? Mine has collars and rear plate and I need to take it in for the clunk, but just really concerned that they'll say it's normal and I'll have spent time and money returning it back to stock for nothing![]()
