I got a mityvac pretty cool way of changing oil. I used it a lot on my z06, it was to much work to change the oil since it was so low. For anyone thats lazy like me its a must.

I've done all my oil changes on all the cars and trucks I've owned. Even in the dead of winter im out there- I like the peace of mind that I know it's done right. Especially with a truck worth this much. Not only do you get your oil changed you may see some other trouble areas or leaks which you can attend too.

Oil change

Just got my 2012 SCREW, and like many on this board, I've had bad luck letting dealers/lube places perform simple oil changes: The work not being done; the wrong oil being put in; filter not being changed, etc.
So...how hard is it to change the oil on the Raptor? The vehicle is so high, seems I can crawl underneath with no problem. Do I just take off the small access plate on the skid plate to reach the drain bolt? I guess I could go crawl around the vehicle and figure it out, but thought I'd take the lazy way and just ask! I may do my own oil changes, and just let the dealer rotate the tires (after I mark them first).
Thanks for any info you can provide!

Most dealers I have tried are horrible, and do poor quality work.
I do it all myself, or have a good independant shop do work I may not be able to perform.
If you have a good dealer, count your blessings.
