Chattering noise coming from passenger side downpipe/turbo

Any ideas on this weird sound? It sounds like a chatter noise coming from passenger side downpipe/turbo. No noise on startup or when idling. Happens on nuetral/park and driving at around 1500 rpm, and upon deceleration. No difference in 2H or 4A while driving. No warning dash lights. Have had a full aftermarket exhaust on for about a month.

Waste gate or heat shield is my guess

Thanks! but got it figured out. It was a bolt coming lose from the turbo adapter after installing my downpipes. The constant heating and cooling loosened the bolt several ratchet clicks. After torquing it back down the sound went away!
