You are incorrect. As usual. Do you ever get tired of that?

I was posting in the other thread because I am interested in the RAM TRX and especially because I am interested in Ford's possible response to it.

You trolled that thread to the point that is was closed. Instead of discussing the RAM TRX and Raptor, you made it your personal bash fest against the Gen 2 and the Ecoboost engine. I don't know how you haven't been kicked off the forum at this point.

Remember this ******** you just posted about the Ecoboost?

It also shares the same architecture as the 2010 model they put in the Taurus.

Gen 2 Raptor EcoBoost shares nothing with Gen 1, or the 2010 Taurus. Why are you so hellbent on lying and spreading false information? Are you that insecure, or just that ignorant?

Also, could you please post the complete list of part numbers so we can verify your claim? The video I posted (basically straight from Ford Performance) says otherwise.

Since you're the one making big claims that the GT and Raptor share no parts, how about you post the part numbers. You can't, because you're a troll with no data.

I disagree. All V6 engines are passenger car engines. The fact that Ford is using it in a 3 ton truck doesn't change what is has historically been used for and what it is best suited for.

You can disagree all you want; you're still WRONG. There was never a "passenger car version" of the Gen 2 Ecoboost, period. The fact that you ascertain that "all V6 engines are passenger car engines" only further proves your ignorance and bias. As far as what the engine is "best suited for", how about you leave that to the engineers that have proven the Ecoboosts's success instead of your worthless opinion that nobody cares about.

Again, as I have pointed out at least a half dozen times, that is why virtually every major manufacturer uses a larger engine for their larger, heavier duty vehicles and their high performance cars.

Ford pioneered the EcoBoost, and other manufacturers are now following suit after Ford made the business case. Sorry that you're too ignorant to admit that the engine has been a success and not a failure as you'd hoped. You need some serious therapy; your superiority complex is off the charts.

I was in here because I am trying to help diagnose a 2017 that is getting noisier.

You couldn't diagnose your way out of a paper bag. You have no automotive credentials, and you spend 99.9% of your time talking shit on the Gen 2/Ecoboost Raptor. You're a troll; you're not fooling anyone except for yourself.

Everyone please click on his post and report each one that does not help. Then we can get him banned.

He seriously needs to be gone. It's to the point that his posts are an embarrassment to the entire forum.
