My sister just moved from Paso Robles. Seemed more like the midwest than the rest of California... agriculture, values, etc. I actually wouldn't mind living there.

Back on topic Magnacharger does a lot of GM stuff and they are CARB certified. They used the same Eaton parts GM uses in the LS9 and LSA.

So a supercharged Raptor in Cali is possible, but it will require a company willing to put in the work to get it certified. Whether a company is willing or not also depends on what the perceived demand for their product is. If you are interested, give them a call and let them know you are looking for something like that.
