I ordered my build plate last December and did not receive until sometime in May. Several emails with excuses. It is a nice addition, but...

I was going to order a center console and headrests but noticed his vendor name was not on the right side so I searched and found this that he has been removed. No excuse for no communication especially if he is always on Facebook and taking months for something that was promised a lot earlier. Well time to find another company that does this and talks to their customers instead of ignores them.

I just joined the forum because I recently bought a Raptor. I run a small auto detail shop and know a lot of guys in the car industry. I'm thinking of going and talking to the guys I know that do custom upholstery and laser engraving and seeing if they want to make the headrests, center console covers and build number plaques everyone seems to want to order.

Will do. Let me see if the shops I know are even interested in doing extra work. If so I will go through the proper channels to get set up as a vendor. Just trying to help!

Also the aux switch labels. I was waiting for Calder to get caught up to order one, but it doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon.

Someone needs to, from this thread alone there appears to be months of work that Calder left on the table. Good luck and keep us posted!

I posted the email that I received from Calder last Saturday apologizing for and explaining the delays. he also said mine would be shipping on Tuesday. Well, since then it's been radio silence and I have yet to receive anything.

And on goes the saga, lol....

This has been a problem from the start. He over promises and under delivers. Very poor communication one excuse after another what a trerrible way to run a business. He should bend over backwards for the customer but that does not seem to be the way some young people think anymore.

He should refund all money on open prefers and move on to getting his life straightened out.

Sad to say for ya if history repeats it's self on your order like mine, and it appears to still be, you got MANY more delays and excuses to go before it actually shows up.
