Buzzing/Vibration in steering column

Getting a buzzing that I can also feel in steering wheel and is coming from behind the steering wheel. Only happens at 68-72MPH, then goes away at all other speeds? Does it regardless of 2WD, 4A, 4L,4H. Local dealer has had it for 4 days "chasing it" but say they won't stay on it but just a couple hours a day! Started with removing under guards but I'm thinking it's steering column? It's an Auto Nation so maybe a corporate service thing? Gotten much louder since this video. Listen at the end. Anyone have any ideas?

Last time I heard something like that was on a Jeep CJ and it was the keyed ignition going so my guess is an electric issue with a relay or something but hard to say sorry man could be as little as something vibrating at speed.

My 2108 had more of a knocking that I could feel in my steering wheel. My dealership service ticket states the following:
Lower steering shaft U-joint cap backing out causing slack. Removed and replaced lower steering shaft.

LOL I have the same noise. In my truck its the turn signal lever. Try putting pressure on it when its happening it should go away. I thought about changing the lever, Its pretty cheap but have since got used to the stupid noise.

Rotate the tires and see if that helps? That's a weird one.

No lane assist.
I've rotated tires, no luck. My tires are cupped and were at about 14K! Rotated every 5K but apparently that's not soon enough. I did scrape the trans skid plate and front skid on some rocks so they tried driving without those and re installing. When they swapped my wheels & tires for a set of XLT take offs with road tires, it wasn't there. Still can't believe it's tries when I have no shimmy or wobble in the wheel but we'll see when I get new kicks. So for now, tires are the culprit.

For the amount of money paid for this car, the dealership will do it for free. Take it to them I know u are still under warranty.

Its 100 percent the tires that are causing the turn signal lever to vibrate. I rotate my tires every 5000 miles. Had them balanced 2 seperate times. Didnt matter. The sound started at round 16,000 miles and its still the same at 31000 miles. Depending on temp and speed sometimes it doesnt happen at all. Tire pressure made no difference.

I wonder if changing the rotation positions may help, maybe side to side if not done already. Just thinking out loud.
