Weird thing is, now with my wheels & tires back on, it doesn't do it at all?? Go figure.

Mine has done the same thing almost since new 2019. Mostly at interstate speeds at 80mph with cruise control on. I can't remember exactly when it started so it could be related to tires b/c I am very bad at rotating mine. I can press on the column and make it stop when it is doing it. I just took the time to take the cover off but everything seems tight.

I've noticed mine doing this is I pull or push on the steering wheel while it is moving into preset position. For example when i am getting out of the truck and it is still trying to move into the easy exit position. I always thought it to be a warning so as to not burn up the motor the moves the steering wheel yoke.
