Buying Raptor from out of state of CA, Is it still doable?

EVERY Raptor is CA compliant. I bought my Raptor brand new from Ohio and shipped it to CA and it did NOT have the 'Certified for sale in CA' part on the window sticker (About half of out of state dealers actually refused to sell me a Raptor because it didn't have this). I registered it at the CA DMV after a quick emissions test with no issue whatsoever.

1. You do NOT need a weight certificate
2. It is not difficult to get around paying the extra taxes through the DMV

Definitely need a weight certificate on any commercial vehicle. Every truck I’ve bought and brought in needed one.
