Well it's not being covered under warranty
The guy said he couldn't warranty it because it is a Raptor. WTF??? He said if it was a regular truck he could but not a Raptor.

That's a crock of shit. I'd ask him if he minded repeating that on camera.

I've had 5 English cars so I know ALL about how to get things fixed under warranty. :)

If that's the only reason he gave, get that statement from him in writing, and then show him the Raptor Supplement Warranty:

"The F-150 Raptor carries the same New Vehicle Limited Warranty as
other Ford F-150 models. This information is covered in its entirety in
the Ford Motor Company Warranty Guide."

If he says a regular 150 is covered, then so is the Raptor. If he balks again, show both documents to the service manager. Then call the Ford customer hotline while you're at the dealer & tell them what you have in writing. They'll cover it.

Of course they might come up with another reason, aka "abuse", but I've found service departments like to sweep things under the rug when you can prove to the corporate office that they've denied you on a reason that conflicts with the written warranty.

Now that is just stupid. Do we think our buddy "corky" (blue svt) Helped this statement come about ? ?
A small part like that should not break, but little things do break. So now a warranty on a " Raptor " is useless or won't cover "ANYTHING" ********* !
