I only have 32,000 miles on my Raptor and I have a bad vibration in the front brakes when they are applied. I know the rotors are bad but I am easy on my brakes, my previous F150 went to just under 100,000 before brakes. Has anyone else had a problem with this? Can anyone recommend a better set of rotors?

Very common problem. The OEM brakes on the Raptor are complete garbage. You probably have a warped rotor(s) like the rest of us. Contact @Chris@FreedomMotorsports and ask about the R1 premium brake package. He'll hook you up. That's where I got mine. Lots of guys here have upgraded and had the same issue as you

Had the same issue at 50K roughly. Heard theirs a tsb or some complaint about the rotors. Some guys were rumored to have them replaced under warranty. Hard to say since yours is a 2010. I just went with Chris and got the rotors, pads and lines. Only installed the pads and rotors thus far. Great setup and no BS from Chris. Think I got a deal on shipping. The parts were damn heavy

Haha that's funny you mention that. I was out to sea and my rather tiny gf had to take delivery of them for me, after a just as small UPS lady had to carry them up a flight of stairs. I felt like a complete ass haha

Wow, I'm at 51k miles, previous owner put 44k miles on it, and I'm pretty sure it's still original rotors and pads.

No crazy off road abuse. But I think some batches of rotors were better than others. It happens

Already had my rotors turned a year ago and due to replace my pads now, so will most likely just replace them both now, only at 26k.
