Don't forget some amsoil brake fluid from clkelley!

On mine,
SDHQ brake lines, ebc yellow stuff on all four corners, amsoil series 600 brake fluid and stock rotors. Stops awesome. I get out of my f250 work truck and jump in my raptor and damn near go thru the windshield when i hit the brakes the first time because I'm use to the f250 and forget the my raptor will damn near stand on its nose.

The yellows do squeak a little for me but don't care... I call them RACE BRAKES!!!
And like Trey said they will eat rotors, which is another reason I reused my stock ones.

Yep flushing the fluid helps a lot. Did it when I changed the brake lines. So I'm good to go.

Yea I plan on doing it myself. Haven't done it before but cannot be the difficult. I can be the guinea pig for you if you want buddy. Or just meet up and knock em out on the same day with some beers involved of course.

Just going to go "borrow" the NIFTY from the ship haha Im sure the guys won't mind :025:

The anchor bolts holding the front calipers on are tight, so a long ratchet or breaker bar helps (or a powerful impact). Pull the brake pad bracket from the caliper to make changing the pads easier. the bolts thread into the sliders. You can pull the boots off the slider pins and lube them if you feel they need it. Use an old brake pad to help collapse the pistons with the use of a large pair of channel locks or even better, a c clamp vise grip. Open the bleeder to help it collapse. The rear is kinda the same but the anchor bolts are smaller and you will need to use a wrench on the top bolts where the vibration damper is. Torque specs can be found in my torque spec sticky thread. It's fairly straight forward job.

Thanks a lot buddy I really appreciate it. I figured it wouldn't be difficult and it is a good thing to know how to do.

I got my Premium R1s and Posi Pads sitting in the garage. I'm waiting to pick out a set of wheels and tires before I take everything apart. I need to order the SDHQ Stainless brake lines. Had some ******* not steal my credit card numbers, I would have ordered the lines 2 weeks ago. Just one big waiting game now.

I appreciate all the insight. That I feel is next cause I know what a difference it can make as well. I did not know that the wear was significantly more, it being my daily gift now, I'm not sure that would be a smart decision for me. What if I did the lines, calipers and rotors and kept stock pads? Is that even possible?

I see no issues with that. Just might not get 100% out of it.
