I went with 150 ft-lbs.
Thanks. I went out and pulled a lug to confirm length and before I re-torque'd it, I checked a couple other factory-installed lugs with my TW set to 150 and got nothing and no movement. Reset TW to 100 and it clicked on both with no movement. Not sure what wheel you have but at least on my 37 PP wheel package, it seems to be 100.

The stock lugs are about 1.56" long and the mcgards are a little longer at 1.64".
The stock lug nuts use a 13/16 socket (between 20-21mm - 21mm slightly loose) and the mcgard lug require a 22mm socket. I don't have a 1/2 inch 22mm but a 7/8 fits into the lug nut space.

my only hesitation is it is hard to tell if the mcgard has the same taper as stock for maximum wheel contact.

I got the same part# from talking to Mcgard earlier today. If you want to add a locking lug nut, the part # is 24216
I skipped the lock nuts. Make sure you have a socket in the truck that fits the McGards. The supplied tire iron is smaller.

Here’s a comparison of McGard vs OEM. The land and taper on the McGard is same as stock.

is ford still using those garbage swelling lug nuts? I did the same for my Gen1, it was the first mod i purchased.
I brought my 2011 home on Dec 26th. Replaced the lug nuts on Dec 28th when I realized I couldn't get the cheesy lug nut wrench (or any of my sockets) over those swollen chrome lug nuts. The local tire place used their custom "22.5mm" socket to get them off. They said that Chevy and Range Rover had the same issues.
