New to the raptor scene here -
Can anyone provide solid information on the best way to level one of these trucks (2019) I’ve been searching forum after forum and I keep coming up short on info. What is the best way new springs (progressive rate) / perch adjustment collars / coil over spacers ?

(Coilover spacers)
Everyone says that the spacers will tear up cv joints - but why? Correct me if I am wrong if you change the ride height of the truck you are going to increase the angle of the cv joint no matter how you do it.

(Perch collars)
The idea of the perch collar is to shorten the length of the coil spring in turn making it stiffer which raises the height of the truck - does the truck ride worse in the front because of this?

(Progressive rate coils)
Longer? Stiffer? do they ride better than a perch collar?

Any insight would be awesome Thanks!!

Eibach springs are a very good way to go, and by far one of the most popular. They are a linear rate spring very close to the factory spring rate, so the ride isn't ruined but being linear, it gets rid of that soft boat like ride feeling and basically gets rid of all the nose dive under braking. These actually just came back into stock and are still 10% off till April 30th.

Next option would be perch collars that preload the spring so you aren't making the coilover assembly longer which would cause over extending the suspension components.

Eibachs and call it a day. Tried and true. General forum favorite. And they look pretty good too. And buy from Neo since they usually have best price and support this forum! And I think they are on sale through the end of April at Neo Garage.

Make sure you search for some photos of your desired setup before committing to anything. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the Eibach springs, but know that they will raise the front end a different amount depending on the year of the truck. 2017-2018 trucks end up looking nose-high with the Eibachs as they lift the front 2.5” vs only 1.7” for the 2019-2020.

From my research 1.5-1.7” seems like the sweet spot for an actual “level” look on our trucks regardless of year. Higher than that looks nose-high.

Buying a raptor and going to be doing Eibach after this thread . New to forum so Neo will do.

Idk, I had the eibachs and the shock topping out over anything semi agressive got really annoying fast. Curious if anyone else had the same experience. The Fox Factory coilovers did the trick...lifted, can tune the ride however you want, no noise.
