Best place for TPMS Sensors?

I'm confused. How can the price for these vary from hundreds of dollars to $50 and they all work?

4 Wheel Parts is quoting me $24 ($6 each), half of the cheap eBay ones. What gives?

I bought them right from ford. I think it was $200 ish for 4 and they work. I didn't even have to reprogram them, just bolted ER on

Well, I'm paying 4 Wheel Parts to install my new tires, so it's their business to make the $6 sensors work. It just boggles my mind there can be such a discrepancy.

Question, what if you remove all sensors? Would there be a light? Or would it simply remain totally off?

You will still get the light and probably a TPMS system error or failure message in your dash.
