Well we saw video of it running - they weren't 'driving it as hard as they could' so that part at least is BS.

It went into limp mode and they are calling that an electrical gremlin...at least that's how I'm reading it. Like Foutz is going to say the turbos overheated or the engine blew. I'm sure they know what happened and they are upgrading the broken part so they will finish the next race. Cool thing is the truck is already a cheater so they can upgrade anything and it's still race legal.

It would be real cool if they said "this is what broke, this is what we are doing to fix it and we are going to change this problem for all the new trucks we make." But I don't think they are going to do that

lol, no "mechanical" problems. Look shit breaks and I have no problem with them having breakdowns. But they should be upfront on what they are. And for me, an electrical issue is a mechanical problem. The bottom line is you're stuck and can't move without help.

Like it was said before, a simple pinched wire or messed up sensor could be their electrical issue. Thats not a horrible breakdown by any means. Ive been in situations were my gas pedal sensor stopped working which put the car in limp mode. All I had to do was clean the sensor and ****, fixed.

seems like lots of hate going on here. I've spent time with Greg at the Raptor events for the past 4 years, and he has always been a wealth of knowledge and eager to lend a hand.

Now, I"m curious as anyone to see how the new truck does, but if you stop for a second and think about 143 miles (3.5 TRR laps) in under 5 hours, in what is for the most part a stock truck (external valved fox 3.0's), cage and fuel cell.

I've done TRR 4 times in a truck that has close to 70 grand of work on top of the truck, and doing a TRR lap in an hour twenty in a mostly stock truck is pretty amazing. And that's with just raptors chewing up the track, not full out TT trucks making the whoops look like mountains.

Maybe everyone should chill a bit, and walk a mile (or drive 143) in his shoes.
