Have you taken the strap back off? My strap snapped and the gap reappeared.

Nope and I wont until a brace goes in or I need to load a bike or something. I'm guessing your going to have to bend it past where you want it to rest unsupported to get it to properly aline. I'm waiting for the brace cuz I dont want to fatigue the metal by bending it back and forth a bunch of times.

I think it was already asked, buy has anyone taken theirs in to the dealer?

I checked last night, my bed is straight in the rear.

So I'm getting the feeling that people without Stage 3's aren't having this issue cuz noone has chimed in. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad it's in there or I'd probably have a bent frame right now. I'm just wondering if we're shifting forces to difference parts of the truck by stiffening others.
