You may be chasing a ghost. If there is a charging system fault there will be warning messages in the instrument cluster accompanied by DTCs. The charging system is module controlled; it regulates voltage based on load, operating conditions, and battery state of charge. Voltage will vary between 11.X and 14.5 as dictated by the charging strategy. 12.6V is a fully charged battery; it’s normal to see a reading below that after the truck has sat.
I think you might be right. Start stop started working again after driving further today, minutes after driving away after the readings were 11.8v and 52% SOC. I do wonder if my dongar dash cam rear view mirror harness is somehow messing with SOC and draining it. It does turn off when the truck does but who knows. But it sat for 2 days and then when the dongar was plugged it stop start went away.

I have the same setup and I don't have that issue. But I also don't have stop/start at all on my 23.

I have a thread about this as well, as my truck routinely yells at me in FordPass and through the center screen saying it's off to save battery, and remote features are disabled. I drive this thing daily and always charging at 14.5v no matter what. Took a two hour trip and it was dead the next day - no welcome lighting, no interior lights, notta.

Never left me stranded or with a no start condition, but damn.

It'll go to the dealership for a service next month and a laundry list of shit to look at, this being #1

Not yet. I've charged to 100%, then reset BMS manually and it made zero difference. I drove it twice today and I still got an alert it was dead. It'll go in for service second week of Jan and I suspect it'll be there for a bit.

Damn, I think we have different problems. I haven’t encountered that yet… I don’t know much about battery tech but I think if a cell is bad it wrong hold a charge even though it charges. My original 2021 battery failed its test.

Add me to list of issues
'21 with 20k. Few weeks ago started getting battery saver mode on app and screen when starting. Had Ford Mobile tech here on 12/5 and they swapped out battery since it is under warranty

Fast forward a few weeks later go outside truck completely dead. Jumped it. Been starting today but have mobile tech coming Tuesday to see if I got bad battery or some fantom drain that will be impossible to find. Stay tuned
