If you did want to do SAE in Amber then I'd honestly suggest you stick with 3 pairs of lights
Squadron SAE
Squadron SAE Amber
Squadron Pro Driving/Combo
Now you have lights for every situation.
If you are set on 2 pairs though... get the Squadron SAE and Squadron Pro Driving/Combos and grab some amber covers. You can then "play" with the idea of amber lights. If you decide you like the amber and use them all the time, you can always swap the lenses out (this will void your warranty on the SAE however, since Baja does not want anybody taking apart SAE housings so that they maintain their SAE rating, thus the amber covers)
OK, good to know about the warranty ramifications. Not super worried about warranty since BD makes an excellent product. Now I got to make a decision. Thanks for the info.
