This setup looks awesome. I'd love to see something similar on a Raptor.
Hey @Baja Designs
Maybe I’m weird, but I’d like to go with 4 pocket lights in the bumper (instead of the 6)
I’m thinking S2 wide cornering and Squadron. What do you recommend in terms of pattern/beam/light intensity?
Do I also need different mounting brackets? Looking to centre the lights in the opening and not be obstructed.
Others plans:
S8 light bar behind the grille
S1 flush work/scene rear bumper
TIA
We like weird! I'm pretty sure there's a vendor on here that sells a bracket that allows you mount a pair of lights and it's still spaced out evenly. Hopefully they can chime in on here but I'll talk to some of my guys here at BD if they know. Are you set on a pair of S2s and a pair of Squadrons? The reason why I ask is you would get more light if you did two pairs of Squadrons. But nonetheless, I can recommend the correct the lighting to your needs. What kind of terrain will you be seeing? high speeds? Tight technical trails or open desert? Since you plan to have the S8 behind the grille, that would be focused on long distance. That means we can focus your fog pocket location as near and mid field vision. Let me know and I can better analyze your setup.

Hey Johny. As BD mentioned, we make our own brackets for the Gen2 Raptors that fits up to 3 pairs of lights. You could certainly install 2 pairs of lights and space them out nice and even in the opening. Our kits are generally setup for 3 pairs of lights which include everything BUT we can set you up with a kit that includes TWO pairs. The harness will be included in the kit as well so everything is ready to go.
For patterns it really depends on what your using them for.
If you want one pair that are street legal and act as fog lights, I'd highly recommend the Squadron SAE series. These are SAE rated fogs and are great for your "always on" fogs.
Then a pair of Squdron Pro Drivnig/Combos will light up the road when you need to.
2 pairs of Squadrons would look ideal in there over 1 pair of S2 and 1 pair of Squadron. Since you want to do 2 pairs only you'll have PLENTY of room and it'll look good. Having 1 S2 and 1 Squadorn might not look right. It'll look as if something is missing. But 2 sets of Squadrons will be on point.
Our kits are here, but again you'll want to PM me so we can set you up with a dual pair kit instead of a triple pair, BUT this gives you an idea on what they look like. We manufacturer our brackets right here on Long Island btw out of 11 gauge stainless steel and powder coat them. We also throw in a lifetime warranty on the brackets (no matter WHAT you do to them)

You'll also see the S8 bars listed there along with reverse kits. We offer the S1 and S2 reverse kits in bolt on applications as well as flush mount
Shoot me a PM and we'll help set you up with a killer Baja lighting package.
This is what our kit looks like with 3 pairs to give you an idea (but you'll 2 spaced out in the center)
And here are 2 examples of reverse kits (on the same truck, and yes both work). One is the popular S2 kit that bolts on under the bumper and the other are actually Squadrons flush mount into the bumper (S1s will be a lot smaller of course, but this customer wanted the most light he could fit back there)
