You can use a N Fab bracket, a 30" will direct fit, you can put a 40" on the same bracket, but you will need to lengthen the mounting feet as they just aren't long enough. translation is you will need to weld additional length onto the brackets.

That's what I did, the project is still sitting on my bench because I haven't had the time to mount the equipment, otherwise, mine is ready to go, just need some more time in the day.

As far as bolting directly to the bumper, you would still need to mod the brackets, the OnX6 is pretty deep, but I think it could be done, I wanted a less permanent solution just in case I don't like it on the front of the truck.

I thought there was a curved 30 or perhaps 40” light bar that mounts right to the top of the ‘19 Raptor bumper yet I don’t see it on your site. Ty.

The options you have from Baja Designs include the 30" S8 Light Bar Kit behind the grille (above FORD) and the 10" OnX6+ Kit in the lower grille area.

What you can do is run Zroadz mounts and then you can fit a curved 40" OnX6 Arc Light Bar. If that's an option you'd like to explore, let me know. As was also mentioned, the N-Fab mounts will work as well and we also offer those.

You can actually run an OnX6+ ARC Bar on there as is, no need for additional brackets. You'll have to drill the included brackets right into the bumper. But you'll be good to go. We can hook you up with that bar, but here it is installed on a Gen2:
