Well, someone with the right powers got wind of this. At 1:05 am est I just got another email stating it has been picked up and is in Fedex's hands. To be delivered on the 13th.

Thanks to the person who got this fixed for me. I'll go post up something positive on Bakflip's website if they have a feedback section.

Future buyers please go through Morrie to get it. Don't waste your time trying other places to get your Bakflip..

call him. I called him 2 weeks ago and he told me immediately he would replace my rollx. I am still debating whether or not to get the current rollx as a replacement or wait for the Rollx-HD which will come out in december, after SEMA.

Anyway, just call him.
