Thank you. I think the issue is a combination of no cats And the tune. I really enjoyed that low end torque and didn't know that I would actually lose low end torque from the stock manifolds only that it would not improve as much as the 3/4 primary.

It's a give and take. Unless there's a major problem, you probably didn't lose any low end torque; but you probably didn't gain a whole lot below 2200 RPMs. When the torque spike does kick in, it's probably pulling harder than it was before, but is negated seat of the pants by the fact that the bottom end seems proportionally less powerful. 1 7/8 headers are fine for the Raptor 6.2L. You should see consistent gains throughout the RPM range. Also keep in mind that the Raptor isn't a drag car. It's gonna be a moose off the line pretty much regardless of what you do. You spend a lot more time cruising and on the highway, which due to the Raptor's 4.10 gears, will keep you right in the power band. Put on some cats and have your truck re-tuned.

Yes I understand the raptor is a moose but what I'm saying is that with stock manifolds my truck wAs quicker off the line than the 17/8 and it gargles like it's gonna die shaking the hole truck from the lope

I contact ARH and five star. We're trying to figure out if the install was done incorrectly or if the tune is off. ARH stated that EVERYTHING should increase even bottom end.

I have my bottom end now. Just tested it 5min ago:) but that's after a few months. I do remember that at first I didn't have it either and the truck shook.

I think the shop that installed may have reversed the front and rear 02 sensors. Checking on that now. The front sensor should be bigger than the rear and the rear sensor should neck down correct?

Determined it must be an issue with the tune. Put the stock tune on and the gargling and bog went away. Gonna contact 5 star today
