Let's say you order the wheels through someone like SDHQ or Camburg, I'm sure if you explained it to them that you need them reboxed they'd be willing to do that for ya, but my ? is would that work at inspection?

Are you serious? It would be cheaper to buy the ProAm wheels.
What ever the amount is I would rather put that money towards a quality rim rather then give it to the government.
