For what its worth I was able to get confirmation from "Ford Auto Shows" the 2017 Raptor will be at the New York Auto Show next month. They did say to check again when show is closer to confirm but I plan on attending!

You won't be able to get a window sticker for a pre production vehicle. The pricing and epa details have not been finalized.
