Anyone know what the heck is happening??!!

Hi guys I just looked at my dash and there is some kind of bubbling on top of the driver’s side instrument panel on the dash. Attached are pics? Any thoughts what the hell is going on here??

I’ve seen this happen to dashes in high humidity climates

Man that sucks…. Especially when you spend a lot of money on a truck like this. I have never applied something there and I feel like this is most likely a factory issue. SMH.

I had the same happen on a Cayenne. Cost to replace the entire piece was $5k. Fortunately it was cover under the warranty so if you still have warranty, take it to the dealer and they will most likely replace it.

Are there any repairs for this?

One possible solution would be to inject some glue with a syringe and then keep pressure on it until it dries. If done properly it can fix it. May take some practice if you have not done it before.

You can try and reactivate the glue by steaming it again. Any car interior place can do it in about 5 min. If not, I would go replacement under warranty.
