Ok, the puzzle is coming together now. That explains the two air valve stems in the rear bumper.

I've been considering adding bags for when I camp and the truck squats a ton. If you can get them off cleanly and we can figure out what they are I'd trade you for my OEM bumps (I'm also in WA, but southern).
