Anyone install EBC yellow brake pads?

Got a set of pads and rotors from EBC. I haven’t put them on yet and was wondering if you use the existing stock spring clips because they did not come with new ones or are they not needed.

I am running them now, they are excellent pads and have made a noticeable difference in brake performance over the stock pads.
And yes, I brushed and cleaned up the stock clips and used those.

The only thing I do not like about these pads is how loud they are, be prepared for squeaking brakes...

I got some for my 03 Cobra about a decade ago.
They stayed on my car for about 2 weeks.
There was a tremendous amount of brake dust with them and they weren’t quiet.

For a daily I would Not recommend them.

Thanks put them on with a set of rotors yesterday. Sucks to hear they aren’t gonna be quiet I’ve been chasing a noise down and wanted to take the brakes out of the equation.

Man you weren’t kidding about the dust. I have a new job cleaning the front wheels every 2 weeks.
